Return & Exchange

At Saleem Fabric Pakistan, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item or notice that part of your order is missing, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • There are missing items from your order.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 3 to 5 days after receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Customized or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Saleem Fabric reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return or exchange.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at 0316-1063559 or email us within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the issue (damaged or missing items).
  2. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.
  3. Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will process your exchange or issue a refund within 10-14 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged or an order is incomplete due to our error, Saleem Fabric will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other return requests (if applicable), the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing.
